Who are we helping?

Interviewed 5 risk analysts to understand their needs and pain points. Their insights were used to create a user journey for those who spot fraud by tracking money transactions, counter parties, and transaction status.

When investigating cases, I need to divide the query into multiple modules.

I must manually sort the flow direction to identify the downstream counterparty.

This process is inefficient and ineffective.

Previously:

Operation colleagues closed 3 cases in an 8-hour workday.

Task completion time was 2.6 hours per case.

Now: 3X work efficiency increased

They can finish 9 cases in the same 8-hour period.

Task completion time has been reduced to 0.8 hours per case.

Challenge & reflection

Due to technical limitations, we could only display data for a maximum of three months on the canvas. It would be useful to design different data overviews that can be displayed and executed within this constraint.


I learned hoe to simplified data presentation: Presenting complex data in an easily understandable and actionable format to facilitate quick decision-making.


Although it was a small flow redesign, it makes a big impact on the company's business growth.
